We assess fit against our criteria

We review your business context, the problem you’ve described, and your investment range against our engagement minimums. This takes honest judgment — not a checklist.

Step 3

You hear from us within 48 hours

You’ll receive one of two responses: a confirmation that we’d like to move forward with next steps — or an honest note if we’re not the right match, with context on why.

If we move forward: We’ll send you a brief email confirming the next step — scheduling the diagnostic kickoff and sending your first invoice. No call is required to proceed. Everything moves through email until the kickoff is confirmed.
